How to Open the Church

Jack's questline is required to open the church once again. After he sails, you'll encounter an event where a nun will stay at the town's tavern.
Clean the Now Opened Church and Begin Sermons
After talking to the Nun, you'll open the church and begin to have the option of cleaning the Church's area. Once you reach the Nun's Chuch quality requirement of 10, you'll be able to begin sermon.
