One immediate way to get Magician Cards are via duplicate acquisition of magicians in the gacha. This will reward you with their topology material and 5 Magician Cards for SR units and 20 for SSR.
Magician Cards Can Also Be Obtained via Relationships
An alternative way to obtain Magician Cards is by spending time with them and increasing their relationship level. You can spend time with Magicians during your Free Time.
