How to Unlock Fish Farm
The Fish Farm is unlocked as a reward for the subquest A Noisy Customer. This questline also unlocks Night Diving.- Reach Chapter 2
- Go to Sushi Bar in the evening and talk to the Noisy Customer to unlock Night Diving
- Catch 1 Moray Eel and get 1 Turmeric
- Serve Moray Eel Curry to the Noisy Customer (Otto) to finish the quest
Fish Farm Location
The Fish Farm lets you store and breed the fish you've caught in available tanks.By default, Otto gives you two tanks, ~50m and ~130m. He sells tanks and their upgrades separately, and some tanks are only unlockable when you've reached certain depths and story chapters.
Each tank has a specific amount of fish density it can take and a specific biome as well. All fish in the tanks can be used as either ingredients or sold for profit.

Here's a list of the available tank upgrades and how much they cost.Don't empty your wallet upgrading or buying all available tanks once you unlock the Fish Farm. In the early to mid game, prioritize upgrading the tanks that support the Sushi Bar's daily menu.

How to Breed Fish
There are two ways to populate a Fish Farm tank:- Have two of the same fish in the same tank
- Get fish roe when catching fish while diving
Keep in mind that if your Fish Farm tank is full, it cannot populate. So when the tank hits red, take out some fish!
Fish Farm Tips
The best way to use the Fish Farm is for supplementing your day-to-day operations. Its population mechanic is great for breeding rare species that are tedious to dive for or fetch high prices.Not only that, but it's also a great idea to farm fish that are ingredients for expensive dishes.
